This online training event is aimed at Heads of Services, senior managers in schools and school governors or Trustees, and is being run in response to recent posts on the HoSS Forum concerning the Equality Act, disability discrimination, reasonable adjustments and related issues for learners with SI.
About the keynote speaker:
We are pleased to welcome Clive Dow as keynote speaker for this event. Clive, a former Royal Navy Commander, went on to become a barrister, and joined the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (one of seven such chambers) of the First Tier Tribunal as a judge in January 2019. Clive is the lead judge for disability discrimination.
