NatSIP is pleased to announce the launch of its podcast as a way to spread information more widely.

Sensory impairment is a low-incidence disability and one strong purpose of NatSIP is to share information and solutions that may benefit colleagues and the young people they work with.  We are not planning to produce regularly scheduled podcast episodes. When we have something we want to share or news we need to respond to, or comment about, we will create and broadcast a podcast. We will include things of interest across HI, MSI and VI fields, including national policy and legislation changes, developments in professional practice, and we hope so much more...

In the introductory Epsode 0, Lindsey Jane Rousseau, NatSIP Facilitator, introduces the work of NatSIP, the NatSIP Podcast, and discusses the subjects and content we aim to cover.

A transcript of this episode is available pdf here.

In early January 2022, we will release Episode 1 - with content from the webinar on Assitive Technology Assessments which NatSIP hosted jointly with VIEW.  This webinar was part of NatSIP's 'Building Confidence and Competence' series, supported by the Thomas Pocklington Trust.  You can find out more about this series here.

You can find the NatSIP Podcast via this website, or wherever you usually download your podcasts. We hope that you will enjoy it.
