Those who have booked a place on the MSI Conference on Wednesday 21st May 2025 in Birmingham should now have received a ticket via email for the event, along with a Google forms link.The Google form doc is important as it gives us individual names of delegates, lets us know any access requirements that you tell us about and, most importantly, any dietary requirements so that we know what to feed you for lunch.  

For those not able to get tickets, we are operating a waiting list. The event booking fee is non-refundable after 7th May and as full refunds can be given until then, if you are on the waiting list you may not hear that you have a place until this date.
