Version 2 of the interactive HI Form for scoring support levels includes the Pre-prepared Support Allocation Matrix developed through the field testing of the 2015 Eligibility Framework.
The interactive Form automatically enters the CYP's selected scores onto the Scoring Summary Sheet and calculates the Total Score,
